Key Deliverables:
* Adherence to the prescribed sales process by his/her team
* Execution of field campaigns, lead generation activities and tactical sales promotion activities
* Ensure follow-up of all leads generated through various sources such as Walkins, Call-ins, web-based, SMS based, through call -center, through field activities, referrals, etc.
* Ensure CA wise , opportunity wise activities tracking
* Updating of Sales Opportunity pipeline stages and activities in the Dealer Management System through the CAs or Data Entry Operator
* Ensuring timely collection of all relevant documents for retail finance and vehicle registration.
* Collection and updating of Customer profile data through the white form mechanism and the Dealer Management System
* Conducting lost order analysis and taking corrective actions
* Monitoring PSF scores and taking corrective action for dissatisfied customers
* Ensure high levels of Sales Satisfaction through adherence to Sales SOPs by his/her team, with a special focus on delivery process.
* Monitoring & Planning the test drives for the month

* Qualifying the prospects and administering the six step conversion process, including vehicle demonstration and conducting test drive.
* Updating all fields of the Green Form of a qualified prospect.
* Execution of field campaigns, lead generation activities and tactical sales promotion activities
* Following up of all leads generated through various sources such as Walk-ins, Call-ins, web-based, SMS based, through call -center, through field activities, referrals, etc.
* Timely updating of Sales Opportunity pipeline stages and activities in the Dealer Management System
* Ensuring timely collection of all relevant documents for retail finance and vehicle registration.
* Progressive collection and updating of Customer profile data from Green Form stage to White Form stage.
* Taking corrective action for dissatisfied customers
* Ensure high levels of Sales Satisfaction through adherence to Sales SOPs, with a special focus on delivery timing and delivery process.
