Job Description for Public Relations (PR) :
* Handling correspondence with the suppliers and buyers of company in domestic as well as international market.
* Dealing with financial institutions and banks regarding the financial feasibility of the project.
* Handling the correspondence with the government bodies.
* Developing New Clients for the Company.
* Maintaining relations with Old Clients of the Company.
* Venturing into the market for detailed study of the demand and supply of Organic Textile Products.
* Handling e-promotions of company"s branded range of Organic Textile Products
Job Description for Business Development (International / Domestic):
* Identifying potential new markets for company"s Organic Designer Clothes.
* Acting as a Liaison between the company and the Gujarat Government for a project - "Implementation of Public Entertainment System on a Build, Own and Operate basis".
* Management of End to End Marketing process starting from lead generation to closure.
* Requirement gathering, analysis, cost estimation, preparing proposal & Closure of Deal
* Generate business opportunities in the international arena by online media and advertisements.
* Analyze and prepare cost sheet to stay competitive on the pricing aspect.
* Negotiating purchase contracts and developing newer sources of procurement.
* Documentation with the Banks and other legal bodies.
* Coordinate with the designing team, sales representatives and the clients to ensure that the contract terms are met and the designs are executed on time.
* Hunting new buyers, thereby increasing company"s clientele list. Provide improvement feedback to suppliers, thereby developing business opportunities. Formulate business strategies and systems for international market.
* Co-ordination with corporate bodies.
